Where vision meets light

Photography services designed for those who demand more than just a shutter click.

Step into a space where every frame is crafted with intention—where the scent of juniper lingers in the air, terracotta walls glow in the afternoon light, and the hum of the city fades into silence. This is where your story is told in textures: the grain of hand-selected paper, the warmth of a Hasselblad’s lens, the quiet anticipation before the first shot. Whether you’re a brand chasing the perfect campaign or an individual capturing a moment that matters, we create more than images. We create heirlooms.

Sunlit photography studio with terracotta walls and natural light streaming through windows

Services built for creators

Every offering is a promise: to see you, to elevate you, and to deliver work that feels like it was made just for you—because it was.

📸

Commercial & Product Photography

From glossy e-commerce stills to moody editorial spreads, we capture products in their truest form—lit to highlight every curve, shadow, and reflection. Our Phase One XF IQ4 backs ensure 400MP of detail, while our team’s obsession with natural light means your brand looks as alive on screen as it does in hand. Think: a cashmere scarf draped over reclaimed oak, shot at golden hour with the softest bounce from our 5-foot octabox.

📖

Brand Storytelling Sessions

For businesses who need more than a logo—they need a legacy. We craft visual narratives that feel like a love letter to your brand, blending documentary-style candids with meticulously styled setups. Imagine your founder’s hands cradling a prototype, shot on 120mm film with the same care as a fine art print, or your team laughing in the studio’s sunlit kitchen, the terracotta walls echoing the warmth of your mission.

👤

Private Portraiture

Portraits that feel like you—unfiltered, intentional, and deeply human. Whether it’s a family weaving through the studio’s wildflower garden or a CEO stepping into the light for a headshot that commands attention, we create images that linger. Our process begins with a conversation over tea (or whiskey) and ends with a gallery of frames that feel like they’ve always existed. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just you, seen.

❤️

Love Stories & Couples

Weddings and elopements shot with the intimacy of a whisper and the grandeur of a symphony. We specialize in the quiet moments: the way your partner’s thumb traces your palm, the way your laughter sounds against the studio’s vaulted ceilings, the way the light catches your rings just so. Our approach is documentary-meets-fine-art, blending unscripted emotion with the precision of a master painter. Locations? Our studio’s hidden garden, the Oregon coast at dawn, or your own backyard—wherever love lives.

👗

Editorial & Fashion

For magazines, designers, and dreamers who need images that stop scrolls. Our studio doubles as a runway—with a cyclorama that stretches 20 feet, a wardrobe rack stocked with vintage finds, and a team that knows how to make fabric dance. We’ve shot everything from avant-garde looks for *Portland Monthly* to sustainable swimwear lines for brands like *Reformation*, always with an eye for the unexpected: a model mid-laugh, a dress caught in the wind, a shadow that tells its own story.

🎨

Fine Art & Personal Projects

For the photographers, artists, and collectors who see the world differently. We offer our space, our gear, and our expertise to bring your vision to life—whether it’s a series on Portland’s neon signs, a study of light through stained glass, or a personal project that’s been haunting your dreams. Our team has shot for *The New York Times*, *National Geographic*, and *Kinfolk*, and we bring that same rigor to your work. Think of us as your creative partners, not just a rental studio.

🖥️

Post-Production & Retouching

The magic happens after the shoot. Our retouchers are alchemists: turning RAW files into polished gold, whether it’s smoothing a product’s imperfections, enhancing the mood of an editorial spread, or restoring an old family photo to its former glory. We use Capture One for color grading, Photoshop for precision retouching, and a proprietary workflow that ensures consistency across every image. Need a 100-image e-commerce batch delivered in 48 hours? We’ve done it. Need a single portrait to look like it was plucked from a Renaissance painting? Consider it done.

📚

Workshops & Mentorship

For photographers who want to level up. Our workshops aren’t just about settings and gear—they’re about seeing. Spend a day with us learning how to craft light like a painter, how to direct subjects like a filmmaker, or how to build a portfolio that opens doors. We also offer one-on-one mentorship for those ready to dive deeper, whether you’re a beginner or a pro looking to refine your signature style. Past students have gone on to shoot for *Vogue*, *Apple*, and *The Wall Street Journal*.

For brands who refuse to blend in

Your product deserves more than a white background. Let’s create imagery that stops scrolls, builds trust, and sells.

Commercial photography isn’t just about showing what you sell—it’s about selling the feeling of owning it. That’s why we approach every brand shoot like a story: What’s the mood? The texture? The unspoken promise? Whether you’re a local coffee roaster needing lifestyle shots that smell like freshly ground beans or a tech startup wanting product images that feel as cutting-edge as your software, we craft visuals that do more than inform. They enchant.

E-Commerce & Product Catalogs

Crisp, consistent, and conversion-optimized. We shoot your products on seamless paper, textured linen, or custom sets—whatever tells your brand’s story best. Our Phase One XF IQ4 captures every thread, every reflection, and every imperfection (because sometimes, imperfections sell). We deliver files ready for your website, Amazon, or print catalog, with retouching that enhances, not erases, your product’s soul. Think: a leather wallet shot on aged oak, with the light grazing its stitching like a lover’s touch.

$1,200–$3,500 per day

Lifestyle & Campaign Photography

For brands that need more than a product shot—they need a vibe. We create scenes that feel lived-in: a couple sipping coffee in our sunlit kitchen, a model lounging in your latest sustainable sneakers, a family gathered around a table set with your handmade ceramics. Our team scouts locations (our studio’s garden, a Portland loft, the Oregon coast) and styles every detail, from the props to the wardrobe, to ensure your brand feels authentic, aspirational, and undeniably *you*.

$2,500–$6,000 per day

Food & Beverage Photography

We make food look so good, you’ll swear you can taste it. Our food stylists work with chefs, bakers, and mixologists to create dishes that are as delicious to look at as they are to eat. Whether it’s a burger dripping with cheese, a cocktail garnished with edible flowers, or a loaf of bread dusted with flour, we capture the textures, temperatures, and aromas that make food irresistible. Shot on our Profoto D2 with softboxes that mimic natural light, your dishes will look like they’re still warm from the oven.

$1,800–$4,500 per day

Architectural & Interior Photography

For designers, architects, and real estate developers who need to showcase spaces in their best light (literally). We shoot interiors with a painter’s eye, using natural light to highlight textures—reclaimed wood, handwoven rugs, matte black fixtures—and our Profoto lights to fill in the shadows without losing depth. Our process includes scouting angles, styling spaces (yes, we fluff the pillows), and post-production that enhances, not alters, the space’s true character. The result? Images that make viewers want to step inside and stay awhile.

$2,000–$5,000 per day

Corporate & Headshot Photography

Because first impressions aren’t made in person anymore—they’re made online. We create headshots and corporate portraits that feel as authentic as they do polished, whether it’s a CEO in a power suit or a team of creatives in their natural habitat. Our approach is collaborative: we’ll chat over coffee (or whiskey) to understand your brand’s voice, then craft a shoot that reflects it. Shot on our Hasselblad H6D with a 100mm lens for that dreamy, cinematic look, your portraits will command attention without feeling stiff.

$800–$2,500 per session

Packaging & Product Styling

Your packaging is the first thing customers touch—make it unforgettable. We style and shoot your products in ways that highlight their design, from the way light catches the embossed logo on your candle to the way your skincare bottle looks against a marble slab. Our team works with your packaging designers to create images that leap off the shelf (or screen), whether it’s for your website, social media, or print ads. Think: a bottle of small-batch gin shot with ice cubes that look like diamonds, or a bar of soap wrapped in handmade paper, its texture visible even in a thumbnail.

For the humans behind the lenses

Portraits that feel like you—unfiltered, intentional, and deeply seen. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just you, in all your glory.

We believe portraits should feel like a conversation, not a performance. That’s why our sessions begin with a question: What do you want to remember about this moment? Maybe it’s the way your child’s laughter sounds when they’re truly happy. Maybe it’s the quiet confidence of your partner’s gaze. Maybe it’s the way the light hits your hands after decades of work. Whatever it is, we’ll capture it—not just as it looks, but as it feels.

Family & Generational Portraits

For families who want to remember this chapter—not just the way it looked, but the way it felt. We create portraits that feel like a love letter to your people: your toddler’s sticky fingers, your grandmother’s hands, the way your partner’s eyes crinkle when they laugh. Our sessions are unscripted, playful, and full of genuine moments, whether we’re shooting in our studio’s wildflower garden or your own backyard. The result? A gallery of images that feel like they’ve always existed, because they have—in your heart.

$1,200–$3,000 per session

Couples & Love Stories

Weddings, anniversaries, and elopements shot with the intimacy of a whisper and the grandeur of a symphony. Locations? Our studio’s hidden garden, the Oregon coast at dawn, or your own living room—wherever love lives.

$1,800–$4,500 per session

Individual Portraits & Headshots

For the artists, entrepreneurs, and leaders who need portraits that command attention. Whether you’re a CEO stepping into the light for a headshot that exudes confidence or a creative soul looking for something more editorial, we’ll craft an image that feels like you—not a stock photo. Our sessions begin with a conversation (over tea, if you’d like) to understand your story, then we’ll play with light, texture, and expression until we land on something that feels true. Shot on our Hasselblad H6D with a 100mm lens, your portrait will look like it belongs in a gallery—not a LinkedIn profile.

$600–$1,800 per session

Newborn & Maternity Sessions

For the parents who want to remember this fleeting chapter in all its raw, tender beauty. We create images that feel like a warm embrace: your newborn’s tiny fingers curled around yours, the way your partner’s hands cradle your belly, the quiet wonder in your eyes as you meet your child for the first time. Our studio is designed to feel like a sanctuary—soft blankets, diffused light, and a team that knows how to soothe even the fussiest babies. We’ll capture the details (the peach fuzz on their ears, the way their lips purse in their sleep) and the big moments (your first family portrait) with equal reverence.

$1,000–$2,500 per session

Senior & Graduation Portraits

For the graduates who are stepping into the next chapter with confidence, curiosity, and maybe a little bit of fear. We create portraits that feel like a celebration of you—not just your diploma. Whether you’re a high school senior with a passion for music or a college grad ready to take on the world, we’ll craft images that reflect your personality, your style, and your dreams. Our sessions are collaborative: we’ll scout locations (our studio’s rooftop, a Portland mural, your favorite coffee shop), play with props (your guitar, your skateboard, your favorite book), and capture the real you—no filters, no forced smiles, just you.

$800–$2,000 per session

Pet Portraits

Because your furry family members deserve to be remembered, too. We create portraits that capture the essence of your pet—the way their ears perk up when they hear a treat bag, the way their tail wags when they see you, the way they look at you like you’re their whole world. Our sessions are playful and unscripted, whether we’re shooting in our studio’s sunlit kitchen or your own backyard. We’ll use treats, toys, and a whole lot of patience to get the perfect shot, then edit the images to highlight their personality (yes, we can even make your cat look like they’re smiling). The result? A gallery of images that feel as alive as your pet does.

For brands who want a creative partner, not just a vendor

We don’t just take pictures—we help you build a visual language that tells your story, sells your product, and sticks in the minds of your audience.

The best brand photography doesn’t just show what you sell—it sells the feeling of owning it. That’s why we approach every partnership like a collaboration. We’ll dive deep into your brand’s voice, your audience’s desires, and the unspoken promises you make to your customers. Then, we’ll craft a visual strategy that brings it all to life—whether it’s a single campaign or an ongoing relationship. Think of us as your in-house creative team, minus the overhead.

Visual Brand Audits

Before we shoot a single frame, we’ll analyze your existing visuals to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where your brand’s story is getting lost. We’ll look at your website, social media, packaging, and marketing materials to spot inconsistencies in lighting, styling, and messaging. Then, we’ll deliver a detailed report with actionable recommendations—like how to improve your product shots for higher conversions or how to use color and composition to reinforce your brand’s mood. Consider it a roadmap to visual clarity.

$1,500–$3,000

Campaign Development & Execution

From concept to final delivery, we’ll help you create a campaign that feels cohesive, aspirational, and undeniably you. Our process begins with a deep dive into your brand’s goals, audience, and messaging. Then, we’ll develop a creative brief that outlines the mood, style, and key shots for your campaign. We’ll scout locations (our studio, a Portland loft, the Oregon coast), style every detail (from props to wardrobe), and shoot with a team that knows how to make your vision a reality. The result? A campaign that stops scrolls, builds trust, and drives sales.

Our team will shoot, edit, and deliver files in the formats you need (web-ready, print-ready, social media crops), so you always have fresh content at your fingertips. Think: a year’s worth of Instagram posts, all shot in a single day, with a cohesive look that reinforces your brand’s identity.

$3,000–$10,000 per library

Social Media & Influencer Collaborations

For brands that want to leverage the power of social media and influencer marketing. We’ll help you create content that feels authentic, aspirational, and shareable—whether it’s a series of Instagram Reels showcasing your product in action or a collaboration with influencers who align with your brand’s values. Our team will handle everything from concept development and styling to shooting and editing, ensuring that every piece of content feels on-brand and on-trend. We’ll even provide a content calendar to keep your feed fresh and engaging.

$2,000–$8,000 per collaboration

Packaging & Product Launch Photography

Your packaging is the first thing customers touch—make it unforgettable. We’ll style and shoot your products in ways that highlight their design, from the way light catches the embossed logo on your candle to the way your skincare bottle looks against a marble slab. Our team works with your packaging designers to create images that leap off the shelf (or screen), whether it’s for your website, social media, or print ads. We’ll also create lifestyle images that show your product in action, helping customers imagine how it fits into their lives. The result? A launch that feels as exciting as your product deserves.

$2,500–$7,000 per launch

Your session, step by step

From the first email to the final delivery, here’s what to expect when you work with us.

We believe great photography is built on trust, collaboration, and a whole lot of planning. That’s why we’ve designed a process that ensures every session runs smoothly—so you can focus on being present, not worrying about the details. Whether you’re booking a headshot session or a multi-day campaign, here’s what you can expect when you work with us.

1. Discovery Call

We’ll start with a 30-minute call (or email exchange, if you prefer) to discuss your goals, vision, and logistics. We’ll ask questions like: What’s the mood you’re going for? Who’s your audience? What do you want people to feel when they see these images? This is also your chance to ask us anything—from our gear to our approach to our favorite Portland coffee shops. By the end of the call, we’ll have a clear understanding of your project and how we can bring it to life.

2. Creative Brief & Mood Board

Based on our conversation, we’ll create a custom creative brief that outlines the mood, style, and key shots for your session. We’ll also put together a mood board with visual references—think: lighting styles, color palettes, and composition ideas—to ensure we’re on the same page. This is your chance to weigh in and make adjustments before we start shooting. Because the more aligned we are upfront, the smoother the shoot will go.

3. Pre-Production Planning

This is where the magic happens behind the scenes. We’ll handle all the logistics, from scouting locations (our studio, a Portland loft, the Oregon coast) to sourcing props and wardrobe. If you’re shooting products, we’ll work with you to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. If you’re shooting people, we’ll send over a call sheet with all the details—what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect on the day of the shoot. Our goal? To make sure you show up feeling prepared, excited, and ready to create.

4. The Shoot

On the day of the shoot, you’ll be greeted with a smile (and maybe a cup of coffee) as we walk you through the plan. Our team will set up the lighting, style the scene, and guide you through each shot—whether it’s a product on a seamless background or a family laughing in our wildflower garden. We’ll move at your pace, taking breaks when you need them and adjusting the plan as we go. Our approach is collaborative: we’ll listen to your ideas, offer suggestions, and work together to create something you love. And don’t worry—we’ll handle all the technical details, so you can focus on being present.

5. Post-Production & Editing

After the shoot, our team will sort through the images and select the best ones for editing. We’ll use Capture One for color grading and Photoshop for precision retouching, ensuring every image is polished to perfection. Whether it’s smoothing a product’s imperfections or enhancing the mood of an editorial spread, we’ll edit with intention—never overdoing it, always staying true to your vision. You’ll receive a private online gallery with your edited images, where you can review them and request any final tweaks.

6. Delivery & Follow-Up

Once you’ve approved the final images, we’ll deliver them in the formats you need—web-ready, print-ready, social media crops, or whatever else you require. We’ll also provide a style guide with recommendations for using your images across different platforms, from your website to your Instagram feed. And our support doesn’t end there: we’re always here to answer questions, provide additional edits, or help you plan your next shoot. Because great relationships don’t end with the final delivery—they just get started.

7. Ongoing Support

For brands and creators who want to keep the momentum going, we offer ongoing support—whether it’s a monthly content library, a year-long campaign, or a retainer for priority booking. We’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and budget, ensuring you always have fresh, high-quality visuals at your fingertips. Think of us as your creative partners, not just a vendor. Because when you succeed, we succeed.

Voices from the studio

Don’t take our word for it. Here’s what our clients have to say about working with us.

We’re proud of the work we create, but what really matters is how our clients feel about it. From the CEO who finally has a headshot she loves to the couple who cried when they saw their wedding photos, these are the stories that remind us why we do what we do. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about the gear or the lighting—it’s about the people.

Juniperriverlane didn’t just take our photos—they helped us find our brand’s voice. The images they created for our campaign stopped scrolls, drove sales, and even got us featured in Fast Company. But more than that, they made us feel seen. Like they got us. And that’s priceless.

Elena Vasquez
Founder & CEO, Wildcraft Coffee
Portland, OR

I’ve worked with a lot of photographers, but no one makes me feel as comfortable in front of the camera as Juniperriverlane does. They captured our family in a way that feels authentic, joyful, and full of love. The images are so beautiful, I’ve framed them all over our home. Every time I look at them, I’m transported back to that day—the laughter, the light, the way my kids’ hands felt in mine.

Marcus & Priya Chen
Parents & Creatives
Beaverton, OR

As a fashion designer, I need images that feel as unique as my pieces. Juniperriverlane delivered—every shot was a work of art. They styled the models, scouted the locations, and even sourced props that matched my brand’s aesthetic. The result? A lookbook that got me into Vogue Italia and a campaign that sold out my collection in 48 hours. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lila Nguyen
Designer, Lila Nguyen Atelier
Los Angeles, CA

Our wedding photos are everything we dreamed of and more. Juniperriverlane captured the quiet moments—the way my husband’s hands shook as he put the ring on my finger, the way my mom cried when she saw me in my dress, the way the light hit our first dance. They made us feel like the most important people in the world, and the images reflect that. We’ll treasure them forever.

Sarah & David Kim
Newlyweds
Portland, OR

I needed a headshot that felt like me—not a stock photo. Juniperriverlane nailed it. They took the time to understand my personality, my brand, and what I wanted to convey. The result? A portrait that’s professional, approachable, and undeniably me. I’ve used it everywhere—my website, LinkedIn, even my book cover—and I’ve gotten so many compliments. If you’re looking for a photographer who gets it, look no further.

Dr. Amir Patel
Author & Speaker
Seattle, WA

Juniperriverlane’s workshop changed the way I see light. I’ve been a photographer for 10 years, but I learned more in one day with them than I have in a decade. They broke down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps, and their passion for the craft is contagious. I left feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to take my work to the next level. If you’re serious about photography, this is the place to be.

The tools of our trade

We don’t just bring cameras—we bring a legacy of craftsmanship, built on gear that’s trusted by the world’s best photographers.

Great photography isn’t about the gear—it’s about the hands that hold it. But when you’re creating work that needs to stand the test of time, you need tools that can keep up. That’s why we’ve invested in the best: cameras that capture 400MP of detail, lights that mimic the sun’s warmth, and modifiers that shape light like a sculptor. Below, you’ll find a peek at the gear we use to bring your vision to life. Because when you book a session with us, you’re not just getting a photographer—you’re getting a team that’s obsessed with the craft.

Cameras

Our workhorse cameras are the Phase One XF IQ4 (150MP) and Hasselblad H6D (100MP), both known for their unparalleled image quality and color accuracy. For fast-paced shoots, we use the Canon EOS R5 (45MP) and Sony A7R IV (61MP), both of which deliver stunning detail and dynamic range. Whether we’re shooting a product catalog or a documentary-style portrait, these cameras ensure every image is sharp, vibrant, and full of life.

Lenses

We use a mix of prime and zoom lenses to capture every detail, from the texture of a cashmere scarf to the emotion in a subject’s eyes. Our go-tos include the Hasselblad HC 100mm f/2.2 (for dreamy portraits), the Canon RF 85mm f/1.2L (for cinematic headshots), and the Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro G OSS (for ultra-detailed product shots). Each lens is chosen for its ability to render light and shadow with precision, ensuring your images look as good in print as they do on screen.

Lighting

We use Profoto D2 and B10 lights, known for their reliability, power, and color accuracy. Our modifiers include the Profoto Softlight Reflector (for soft, diffused light), the Profoto Magnum Reflector (for punchy, dramatic light), and the Profoto Octa (for that signature “window light” look). We also use a variety of grids, gels, and flags to shape light with precision, ensuring every shot has the perfect mood—whether it’s a moody editorial spread or a bright, airy product catalog.

Grip & Support

Our grip kit includes everything we need to create the perfect setup, from Manfrotto tripods and light stands to Avenger boom arms and sandbags. We use the Really Right Stuff BH-55 ball head for precise camera positioning and the Sachtler Ace M fluid head for smooth video work. Whether we’re shooting on location or in our studio, our grip kit ensures every shot is stable, secure, and perfectly framed.

Backdrops & Surfaces

We have a curated collection of backdrops and surfaces to suit every mood and style, from seamless paper in every color to hand-painted canvas backdrops. For product shoots, we use textured surfaces like reclaimed oak, marble, and linen to add depth and interest. For portraits, we love using our studio’s terracotta walls, wildflower garden, and sunlit kitchen to create a warm, organic feel. Every backdrop is chosen to complement your brand’s aesthetic and enhance the story we’re telling.

Post-Production Tools

Our post-production workflow is built on Capture One for color grading and Photoshop for retouching. We use the X-Rite i1Display Pro to calibrate our monitors, ensuring accurate colors from screen to print. For advanced retouching, we rely on tools like the Wacom Cintiq 24 Pro and plugins like Alien Skin Exposure and Nik Collection. Whether we’re smoothing a product’s imperfections or enhancing the mood of an editorial spread, our post-production tools ensure every image is polished to perfection.

Studio Amenities

Our studio is designed to feel like a sanctuary, with amenities that make every shoot a pleasure. We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and snacks, a lounge area for breaks, and a wardrobe rack with vintage finds for styling. Our cyclorama stretches 20 feet, our ceilings are 12 feet high, and our natural light is diffused through sheer curtains for a soft, flattering glow. Whether you’re shooting a product catalog or a portrait session, our studio is the perfect backdrop for your vision.

Location Gear

For on-location shoots, we bring everything we need to create a professional setup, from portable Profoto B10 lights to V-flats and reflectors. Our location kit includes the Think Tank Photo Airport Security roller for easy transport, the Peak Design Travel Backpack for gear organization, and the Manfrotto Pixi Mini tripod for stable shots on the go. Whether we’re shooting on the Oregon coast or in a Portland loft, our location gear ensures every shot is as polished as it would be in our studio.

How far in advance should I book my session? +

Absolutely! We love shooting on location, whether it’s in Portland, across the Pacific Northwest, or beyond. Travel fees vary depending on the location and scope of the project, but we’ll always provide a transparent quote upfront. For shoots outside of Portland, we typically charge a day rate plus travel expenses (flights, lodging, meals). If you’re planning a destination shoot, let’s chat—we’d love to bring our gear and expertise to your location.

What should I wear for my portrait session? +

We’ll provide a detailed style guide before your session, but here are a few general tips: Wear clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable, and choose colors and textures that complement your brand or personality. For headshots, solid colors and simple patterns work best—avoid logos, busy prints, and anything too trendy. For family portraits, coordinate your outfits without matching too closely (think: complementary colors and cohesive textures). And don’t forget to bring a few options—we’ll help you choose the perfect look on the day of the shoot.

How many images will I receive? +

The number of images you receive depends on the type of session and the package you choose. For portrait sessions, we typically deliver 10–20 edited images, while commercial shoots and campaigns can range from 50–200+ images. We’ll always provide a detailed estimate upfront, so you know exactly what to expect. If you need additional images, we offer à la carte pricing for extra edits—just let us know, and we’ll create a custom package for you.

How long does it take to receive my images? +

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project, but here’s a general timeline: Portrait sessions typically take 1–2 weeks, while commercial shoots and campaigns can take 2–4 weeks. We’ll always provide an estimated delivery date upfront, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. If you’re on a tight timeline, we offer expedited editing for an additional fee—just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer retouching? +

Yes! Our post-production process includes basic retouching (color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping) for all images. For portraits, we also offer advanced retouching (skin smoothing, blemish removal, teeth whitening) as an à la carte service. For commercial shoots, we can provide everything from basic product retouching to advanced compositing and manipulation. We’ll always discuss your retouching needs upfront and provide a transparent quote—because great work shouldn’t come with hidden fees.

What’s your cancellation policy? +

We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if you need to reschedule or cancel. Here’s our policy: For sessions booked with less than 7 days’ notice, we require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the shoot. For sessions booked with more than 7 days’ notice, we require a 25% deposit, which is non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the shoot. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for everyone.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for sessions and packages over $2,000. Here’s how it works: You’ll pay a 25% deposit upfront to secure your date, then we’ll split the remaining balance into 2–3 equal payments, due before the final delivery. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and bank transfers. If you’d like to set up a payment plan, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you to make your session a reality.

Can I bring my own team? +

Of course! We love collaborating with other creatives, whether it’s a stylist, makeup artist, or assistant. Just let us know in advance so we can coordinate logistics and ensure everyone’s on the same page. If you don’t have a team, don’t worry—we’ll handle everything, from styling to hair and makeup. Our goal is to make your session as seamless and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on being present and creating something amazing.

Do you offer video services? +

While our primary focus is photography, we do offer video services for select projects. Our team can capture behind-the-scenes footage, short social media clips, and even full-length brand films. If you’re interested in video, let’s chat—we’ll create a custom package that fits your needs and budget. And if we’re not the right fit for your video project, we’re happy to refer you to one of our trusted partners.
